Ive been working in finance since 2004 and have been working as Company Manager since 2008 with Baltic Mortgage Solutions.

Managing the day to day business, as well as overseeing work is carried out to the highest specification, fairly and ethically.

I have  been CeMap qualified since 2006, working in banks and insurance companies before joining Baltic in 2008.

I am  based at Baltic’s Head Office in Wallsend overseeing administration, compliance and supervision as well as advising on Insurance products.

I pride myself on having a strong work ethic which has helped build the company up from the start, and helps to maintain an efficient and effective work place which deals with getting clients mortgage and protection requirements in place within required timescales.

As the newest member of the team in a brand new field of work, I started working for Baltic Mortgage Solutions Ltd in May 2021, becoming a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor via The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise (CeMAP) in March 2022.

I joined the financial services industry in 2001 working as an Area Manager for a service provider and became fully qualified to give mortgage advice in 2003.

I pride myself on giving straight forward honest advice with no pressure or sales pitches because you’re borrowing a lot of money when you buy a house and you need to feel confident in yourself that is the right decision – not because someone is pushing you that way.

I became a mortgage adviser in 2002 and became CeMap Qualified in 2004. Since 2006 I have been a whole of market Mortgage & Insurance Advisor.

I’ve worked with a variety of major banks and estate agents over the years and since joining Baltic in 2010 I have been working closely with Estate Agents, as well as managing my own private portfolio of growing clients throughout the country.

I pride myself on having an extensive market knowledge of mortgage lending and insurance business and believe heavily in working very closely with my clients on an informal basis to achieve their overall objectives.

I started with Baltic in June 2016, initially as receptionist then moving on to Data Entry Clerk. I work part time there as that fits in with my personal life, and management have been more than flexible to work around my home life commitments. Baltic Mortgage Solutions is a great company to work for.

I have worked for Baltic Mortgage Solutions since 2015, initially starting as an Administrator, however I then qualified as a Mortgage and Protection advisor in 2018.

I pride myself on taking an analytical approach to offer the best advice to clients and to ensure they are fully protected against everyday life events.

I am the newest member of the team, after joining the company in 2021. I was a college led Trainee Administrator, progressed to Mortgage and Protection Administrator and have now been promoted to Trainee Mortgage Advisor. I feel I have fitted very well into the Baltic team.

I made the decision to join Baltic Mortgage Solutions in 2013 and became part of the already established team very quickly. I believe a professional approach providing a comprehensive service is vital when working closely with my clients to achieve their overall objectives.

I have worked for Baltic Mortgage Solutions since 2013 originally starting with the company as an Administrator. 

I decided to take the next step in my career to become a qualified Mortgage and Protection advisor via The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) in 2018.

I pride myself on having extensive market knowledge of mortgage lending. I solely deal directly with clients to provide support and assistance from start to finish throughout the mortgage process, building a trusting professional rapport with clients.

I started with Baltic in June 2016, as an NVQ student. Trainee Administrator was my first role within the business, however after making management aware I would like my future to be in accounts, they made a job role within the business specifically designed around me, Trainee Accounts Administrator.

I then moved up to Trainee Accounts Manager, when again Baltic paid for my training and gave me working hours per week to study, and I’m now ready to take on the challenge of Trainee Paraplanner.

I have been working as a Mortgage Advisor since 2002 having been a Building Society Manager for many years. CeMap qualified since 2004. As a self employed advisor I usually work from home, though I am happy to do appointments at clients’ homes, over the phone or in the office.

I take great pleasure in seeing clients achieving their goal of home ownership and helping them through what is normally the biggest financial transaction of their lives.

I joined the Baltic Team in 2020 having worked in Financial Services for the previous 5 years. I pride myself on my ability to build strong customer relationships. I am  CeMap qualified and have extensive knowledge of the protection market.

This year alone I have  helped protect £13 million worth of mortgages, ensuring that my clients’ families are protected against anything life throws at them!

I started with Baltic Mortgage Solutions in 2018 as a college led Trainee Administrator. I am now one of the full time Mortgage and Protection Administrators, working within the finance sector.
