Nick and Emily joined Baltic Mortgage Solutions at 16 years old…

Nick and Emily joined Baltic Mortgage Solutions at 16 years old and we have watched their development and progression with great pride. Both have taken the decision to further their careers with Nick becoming Trainee Paraplanner and Emily a Trainee Mortgage Advisor.

Emily
As the newest member of the team – joining us as an apprentice Junior Administrator in 2021, Emily has came along in leaps and bounds. In February 2023 becoming a permanent member of staff and now tentatively taking her first steps training as a mortgage advisor. Emily is our first ever trainee young lady mortgage advisor and we look forward to watching her progress into the financial services field.

We are proud to announce after 7 years, from Apprenticeship Junior Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Administration Management to now taking unchartered steps as a Trainee Paraplanner.
Nick has great attention to detail with his administration and data entry and a wealth of knowledge in getting a mortgage from input to completion, we have no doubt he’s got this.
